I heard it’s not good to force yourself doing something you hate. Have you never push yourself to do something you actually hate doing? Today I hated exercising at the gym, but I stayed there till the time I had previously set for this today’s gym. I almost ended in tears, no kidding, just tired I would say… Then I walked home and actually felt great. I decided not to take the bus and walk all the way – it’s alright it’s a 40 mins walk more or less. The funny part of the story is that when I got home, I really felt like going for some lenghts in the pool and I did. I slept very well and felt really good pushing myself even though I really hated these push-ups….
